Who We Are

Mobility For Fighting (“MFF”, “we”) is a combat-sports training business operated by Richard Trovatten. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our community and checkout run on a platform provided by CircleCo, Inc. — Circle’s own privacy policy also applies once you create an account or make a purchase.

What We Collect

Information you submit. When you apply for 1:1 coaching or join a waitlist, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, country and time zone, combat sport and experience, current training, and your goals and deadlines. The application also lets you share physical limitations relevant to planning your training — sharing this is entirely voluntary, and by providing it you consent to us using it to assess and plan your coaching.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Framer) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site. We use Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging via Stape.io, and Meta advertising tools to measure how the site is used and how our ads perform. These collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies — where required by law, only after you accept them via the cookie banner.

Coaching media and records. Coaching clients often choose to send training videos, record training data, and appear on coaching calls where video is recorded and notes are taken. We keep this material to plan and adjust your training, to document your progress, and to produce content, including case studies and marketing or educational material. By training with us you accept this — and if you want any element not to apply to you, for example no recorded calls or no use of your footage in public content, just tell us at any time and we will honor it.

How We Use Your Information

To review and respond to coaching applications; to provide and adjust coaching; to notify you about things you asked for, such as Mobility Screener access; to answer your questions; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal Bases

Where EU/UK data-protection law applies, we rely on: your consent (waitlists, marketing, and any physical-limitation details you share), performance of a contract (assessing your application and delivering coaching), and our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the site).

Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the service providers that run MFF: Framer (website hosting and forms), CircleCo, Inc. (community, checkout and program delivery), Stripe (payment processing, via Circle), WhatsApp (coaching check-ins, if you choose that channel), Google (Tag Manager and analytics), Stape.io (server-side tag hosting) and Meta (advertising and measurement). Each processes data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International Transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How Long We Keep It

Coaching applications are kept while we assess them and for up to 24 months afterwards. Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or you unsubscribe. Coaching records are kept for the duration of coaching plus any legally required period.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time — just email us. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority; in Greece, that is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Children

This website and our programs are not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes To This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and flag material changes more prominently.
