Terms of Service
Plain-English summary of how MFF works. Last updated: July 17, 2026.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase MFF programs or coaching, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
Digital Access
MFF programs are digital training products. Access is delivered through our training platform after purchase, and lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the product.
Personal Use License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the programs and coaching materials for your own training. Please do not share your login, resell access, or copy and redistribute program content — the videos, programming and materials remain the property of MFF. If access is misused, we may suspend or end it.
Purchases And Refunds
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable once digital access has been provided. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
The exception is the MFF head-kick guarantee. Guarantee refunds apply only where the athlete meets the stated guarantee criteria, including completing the MFF Training Standard, completing the Week-6 re-measurements, and — where the target has not been reached — completing the four-week coaching extension and the Week-10 re-measurements. Eligibility is reviewed by MFF based on the submitted evidence. Refunds are not automatic.
Training And Safety
Train within your own capacity. MFF programs are general training guidance, not medical advice. Stop and seek appropriate professional help if you experience pain or symptoms that make training unsafe.
Community
Community access is provided for training discussion and support. The community runs on Circle’s platform: when you create your account you also accept the Mobility For Fighting Community Terms of Service presented at signup, and content shared there is subject to Circle’s DMCA policy (circle.so/dmca). Be respectful — MFF may remove content or access for serious breaches of community rules.
Liability
MFF programs, coaching and this website are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your Rights
These terms do not remove any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Changes And Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date on this page shows the latest version, and material changes will be flagged. These terms are governed by Greek law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
